ESPN 4 to debut new reality show: The Real Royals of Kansas City

Once again, the Kansa City Royals are terrible. The Rays and Nats were bad for a while but were able to stockpile top draft picks and now are great teams. The Royals have not had a winning season since 1924 yet somehow continue to stink every year.
With the Yankees bats struggling, this would be a great time to steal some wins from a team whose best pitcher is Bruce Chen at 3-4.
With ticket sales diminishing and fans preferring to watch BBQ cookoffs, ESPN 4 is preparing to launch a new reality tv series: The Real Royals of Kansas City.
Since no one knows any of the players on the Royals, the cameras instead followed around a group of regular Kansas City residents dressed in royal attire and the shenanigans they got into.
“It’s great fun.” Said one of the producers who gets paid by the number of shows that air so he really wants you to watch. “One guy poured KC Masterpiece in someone’s soda. The look on his face was priceless. Another lady decided to strip in front of a Protestant Church. It’s a friggin great show.”
Each week, one of the Kansas Citians will be kicked off the show. The winner gets a job as a starting pitcher in the Royals rotation.
The show is set to air on ESPN 4 at 3AM.
